GIB bid/alert error

Specifically the 3♣ bid shows "4+ D, 21- HCP, rebiddable C, 3-card D" which is problematic.

Thanks for reporting.

Fixed in next v28 so it will give appropriate information with longer opened suit 5+ 4+.
