GIB Pre-empts, then bids again; corrects 3NT to 4 Hearts after already having pre-empted.

All Vul; Robot IMP game

P P P 1C
* 2H P 3NT
P 4H

Gib had already described hand, which was

Q A987654 T72 T4

4H down 1 on any lead. I held

AK 2 Q83 AKJ9832
Playing the doubler for short clubs, this makes 10 or 11 in 3NT!
GIB should only pre-empt once; Maybe bid 3H the first time, but not bid twice

With a possible chance of no entry to play hearts in a NT contract and 7 of them to boot...I think you will be back here tomorrow complaining that GIB passed your 3NT instead of bidding 4♥...

Edit: Thinking about it again...3NT might be better off with Tx in ♣...(2/1)
