Thanks for reporting.

It will be addressed for improvement of the natural 2M ( part of Cappelletti) overcall and followons by both sides.

Currently GIB would bid 3♥ here with lack of certain stopper(xxxx,xxx,Qx Jxx), but with certain stopper + length in OM could be tricky as Double doesn't yet promise 4 cards as fit so 3NT could be the contract to make.
