Playing RHO fro ♠AK+♥KQx. Gotta play ♠Q from dummy next hopefully inducing a cover. You made a typo with spade pips, we need to know if spades are 3-4 or 2-5.
If RHO is 4342 we can win either by cross ruffing (gotta tap ourselves at any oportunity) or by heart finese after discarding 2 diamonds from dummy.
If spades are 2-5 we need to draw one trump before cashing the spade trick.

I would probably play E for holding KQxx or KQx ♥ + 3-4 diamonds and i don't care how many spades he holds 4 or 5 or 6, i don't care who has Q of dias.
-Win dia in dummy play ♥J, if this is covered and we saw it 0-4 or 1-3 doesn't matter. Suppose 0-4
win with A, play 2nd ♦ and play ♠ Q and ruff when covered, ruff 3rd ♦, discard a dia on ♠T, ruff something and concede a heart
if not covered, then send it, and play ♠Q and ruff when covered, dia to A , ♠ T discard a ♦, ruff a spade, and ruff last ♦, ruff something in hand and play small ♥ and claim with endplay.

This is not a bridge hand. What ♣ did RHO play at trick one? What ♦ did RHO play back at trick two? What are the opponents' carding conventions?
