I can't find it now, but I think I saw a similar hand (where GIB was on the verge of a quant. invite to 6 and passed) and georgi said this will be fixed in the next update.

Yes, thanks for reporting.

Passing 1NT or 2NT with range points like 15HCP or 11HCP has been fixed in next version (v27). That means actually balanced hands, not hands where transfers could be used.
