Yeah, I have. GIB is quite greedy like that, it won't always settle for one down. Just congratulate your partner on making once given the chance - that's also non-obvious.

Gotta admit this is my favorite GIB fail thread ever. The seeming awareness of the setting line based on the auction, followed by total fail, then by good technique to land it .. pure gold.
