28-board KO.
At the table East doubled 4H(!) letting South show his HA and North cue spades, but that didn't change the rest of the auction.
By agreement you don't have a keycard ask available here (4N would be signoff; you play minorwood when the minor had been agreed previously and kickback when it's agreed at the 4-level, but nothing when it's first bid at the 4-level).
That was already +9 imps, but another 5 were available.

Once North decides to bid a slam (and I agree South should manufacture a cue), you can play 5 as key card.

The system rule is very simple - in auctions where you cannot bid RKCB at a normal level, five of the suit above our agreed suit is "Sand Wedge" RKCB.

As an aside, I disagree that 4NT is a sign off when 3NT was not bid.

As i have required already in "what is 4NT in this bidding ?" (let see my post n. 24) i was expecting a thing like this one. What is "Sand Wedge" RKCB ? Thanks, bye.

For me 4NT in this auction is encouraging.

(let see my post n. 24) i was expecting a thing like this one. What is "Sand Wedge" RKCB ? Thanks, bye.

It's my gadget. A sand wedge is a golf club that can be used for playing a recovery shot.

See above.

For being clear: " What is 4NT in this bidding " is the Topic started by scarlettv in Interesting Bridge Hands Forum where, in post 24 i required a definition of vary cases of application about RKCB. Than, overcall of a suit declared by an opp it seems one among these ones, is it so ? Thanks and bye.

I have seen something similar reading the book of Culbertson and explanation about the "New Asking Bid" and i wonder that about this strong system for knowing controlls and shape don't read/talk around yet only for referring. I think that this convenction should not be ignored. (Eventually may you indicate me where has talked about here in any forum ?, thanks and bye).

You can get grand in more ways :here ruffing two hearts+tops winners or lacking club Q but only if diamond break ruffing a spade. Althoug 4 could/should be considered as Rkcb(14d) than 5=2keys w/o Q and you may query 5=?Q/doubleton so:5NT=yes(alone), 6=yes+Q/doubleton in club, 6= no Q/d. Eventally bidding problem could arise when there is a tripleton in spade with Q in club because a grand is only if you query directly 6 (bypassing spade - but why?)=6NT(i have Q/doubleton)-7, bye.
