2N 3D

or something if responder has a slam forcing 0-5-4-4, opener has 5224 (4C by responder would not be natural it would just be artificial setting hearts).

2N 3C
3D 3H (smolen)
3N 7C
7D
The 2N opener was notorious for loving to open 2N. Responder took 7D as 6 solid diamonds and passed, opener meant it as choice of grands he had something like HH of spades and HHx of hearts.

1♣(4+)-1♥
1N(wide range)-2♣(checkback)
3♠(upper range, 4♠, not 5♣, not 4♦, not 3♥ hence 4234)-6♦
responder was 5-5 in the reds and couldn't think of a sensible way of agreeing diamonds and asking aces, so made what around here is known as a Melvin slam try, bid 6 and tried to make it.

2C - 2D (waiting or neg)
2NT (FG) - 3C (stayman)
3H (4 hearts) - 3S (4 spades)
3NT - 4D (4 diamonds)

I could have shown a 5-5 game force over 1N with 3♦ but decided to ask opener's range as I'd have settled for game over 2♠.
On your auction can't responder be 4351/4360.

So you decided to force slam opposite a maximum, and bid game opposite a minimum. Lucky for partner, he didn't have to evaluate his hand any further than simply 'max or min'.

On other shapes we would have had much more room for science, this was the most expensive response and very precise as to what it showed. Partner had an absolutely typical hand for the bid and we reached a playable but by no means cold slam. We were by no means committed to a slam opposite every maximum, just opposite this one where I wasn't sure 4♦ was natural.
I realise now I wasn't as specific as I should have been in the OP, the intention was that the bid at the 6 level was bid as the final contract in a "You have no alternative, you will pass over it" way.

2♥ - 3♣
3♠ - 5NT
6♦ - P
3♣ = GF with clubs and 4+ spades
3♠ = 3
5NT offers a choice of slams
1NT opener has 3-4-4-2 and Responder has 4-0-4-5.

1NT-2D!
2H-2NT!
3C!-3H!
3S...6D
but there, 3♠ was a cuebid, setting diamonds as trump (responder is 3=5=4=1 almost certainly, opener has only 2 hearts but particularly good support for diamonds).
