Win, cash the SQ and ruff two clubs in dummy? Alternatively I could try for some kind of squeeze (perhaps a double squeeze with diamonds as the anchor suit).

If you're playing that line, you shouldn't cash Q. That gains when either opponent is 1=2 in the blacks, but loses when LHO is 4=2, 3=2 or 2=2.

Ruffing 2 clubs seems like the best line to me, heart lead eliminates my communications to do anything better or combine chances or w/e.

the 3 mistakes to avoid here are cashing K before drawing trumps, cashing Q before ruffing clubs and cashing K before ruffing the clubs out.
