This structure is meant for passed hand bidding. One question I have is whether an invitational hand should show a side 4-cd minor along with a 5-cd major which risks being at the 3-level with no fit. I think not personally, but throwing it out there. This is loosely based on Meckwell which I think works pretty well here. One consideration is memory load and I kind of hate having one Smolen bid thrown in there. Suggestions?

So you can show a shortage in any suit except Clubs?
I assume that this is all intended for use opposite a strong 1N? The strength of opener tends to be less critical opposite a non-passed responder, but when responder is a passed hand this makes a big difference. Quite unlikely to have a GF hand opposite a weak 1N, for example.
