NOT pulling 3nt for a change

So we usually criticize GIB for pulling 3nt without much extra shape. Now we see the rarely seen other side!

- maybe it should bid 4 to begin with, how is that currently defined?
- why can't it bid 4 on the second round?
- how about the third round?
Generally I think it should be able to pull with 7+ in the suit, and should follow the "8+ suits are trumps" rule.

It's addressed for improvement for next v27.

1minor - 4Major is currently defined as solid suit 7+ and 13TP exactly.
1minor - 3Major is Splinter.

4 over 1 after minor opening carries same meaning.
4Major after 1minor opening followed by 1major and 1NT rebid means 6+ cards and 12-16TP. I mean (uncontested) - 1 - 1 - 1NT - 4 etc.
