we play a fairly standard version of precision where a 1♦ opener shows 11-15 HCP and 2+ ♦s. We also play new minor forcing. Your partner opens 1♦ and you have ♠- 10 ♥ - AQXX ♦ - AK10XX ♣- QJX. What is your response? Majors always first? If so, what is your second bid when opener responds 1NT? Is 1♦ - 1♥ - 1NT - 3♦ forcing? How would things change if your clubs and diamonds were reversed? We wound up in 3NT which is hopeless.

Majors always first. Responding a major leaves so much more bidding room than a minor.

As far as how to show the rest of your pattern it depends on how much effort you want to put into it. Our auction to show a 1453 would be...

1D-1H
1N-2D 11-13, forces 2H
2H-2N forced, 4H/5+D
3C-3D forced, higher shortness

Alternatively you could use bmf or 2-way nmf which is...

2C-forces 2D in order to play or make a subsequent natural invite
2D-artificial GF

We play a modest version of 2-way NMF.
2♣ implies 11-15 HCP and 5-card major. Standard responses.
2♦ is 16+ and not imply 5-card major. Natural responses. (Slam seeking, could be highly distributional....)

This approach follows old notes from MR Client Precision and has worked fabulously for us.
We do give up on playing in 2♦. Others will play 2♣ puppet to 2♦ and not lose this contract....

For this hand I would expect our auction to go
1♦ - 1♥
1N - 2♦ followed by natural bids, knowing slam might be in the picture.

If you play inverted minor raises with 4-card majors allowed, than that would be responder's first bid. Not very many paly that way where I play but it is a good approach. Searching BBO might find enough references for you.

I play 2♦ inverted with no major, and two-way NMF after 1N rebid. so my auction would be

1♦-1♥ 2+; natural 4+
1N-2♦ min balanced; artificial GF
...

And bid 3♦ over whatever opoener's natural rebid is.

We only respond 2m with a side suit Major when we hold 6m-4M. After a 1♦ opening we play XYZ to cover most hands in an easy way. So with this hand we start 1♦-1♥-1NT-2♦ as GF relay. Opener will start bidding suits up the line (3 card ♥, good 3 card ♠, 5 card m, or 2NT) after which we bid 3♦ showing a 5 card ♦.

In Hilversumse Klaveren (a New Big Club bidding system) we bid 2♣.
2♣ =
1. 10+ HCP and exactly a 4-card M and a 5+-card m; this may include a GF 4M-5+m, or
2. long clubs and GF, or
3. a GF 3=3=3=4♣

With a minimum (11-13 HCP) OH rebids 2♦. Any other rebid - 2♥ to 3♦ - is 14-15 HCP.

There are several relaybids for AH to describe his holding.

In Hilversumse Klaveren (HK) an openingbid of 1♦ = 10-15 HCP, no 5-card M or 6+-card ♣.
