I would bid 3NT.

And if they compete i will obey pd's decision knowing that he has a good view of my hand. Pd now may bid 4NT, we can make or can be a great/ok/a little poor sac vs their game. But i will not do it myself if pd passes.

I wondered if it is best to bid slow and give opps time to find best contract
or to bid fast and high immediately.
Maybe it will be more clear for opps if you bid 3NT/5♣ that you have long ♣ and it is even easier for them to find best game/slam.
I didn't know and probably there is no clear answer to it?

I asked because when two suits are bid then we normally bid the suit in which we have a stopper. Doesn't that apply here?

You can reverse these if you like. I prefer to ask, not only here but also in other two-suited auctions where this is certainly not standard (at least not for Americans and Germans).

Sure, if 3♦ asks for a diamond stop.

To me, 3♦ would be natural and preemptive.
