We need to get a little lucky here. I'll play West to have started with 4414 shape (edit: I'm not sure we can ever legitimately make it if that's not the case, if West has 3 hearts or 3 clubs, they can underruff to avoid the endplay- unless someone started with Kxx in hearts and we can get a second diamond discard...). Ace of hearts throw a diamond, ruff a heart, AK of clubs, ruff a club, ruff a heart, ruff a club, ruff a heart, exit a diamond. West will hopefully be forced to ruff and lead a trump into QT.
