How to Show "minimum hand" after 1spade,pass, 1 diamond, pass]

There's an error in topic title. This is my question:

This question is 'related' to my previous question about SAYC — (Showing 18-19 points after: 1♠, pass, 2♦, pass)

So ... if in SAYC 1♠ pass, 2♦, pass, 2NT = "bid partner"

How do I say, (after 1♠, pass, 2♦, pass) "I have a minimum hand, partner. And ... I think a partial game is best if you have minimum, too."

Rebid 2♠, and pass any minimum rebid (2NT, 3♦) that your partner might make.
