A fair number of bids to get to the final 3NT S for our tosr bidding
1♣-1♦ ; 16+ any; usu 0-7 but more with <2 ctls
1♥-1♠ ; kokish, ♥ or very strong balanced; artifical forced
1nt-2nt ; 19-21 balanced; -> 3♣, at least 4 clubs, at least, and either gf or just ♣ signoff
3♣-3♥ ; forced; shows game forcing hand with 5+♣ and 4♥ and very often exactly 2=4=2=5 shape as there are other things to do with stiffs
3nt ; to play
