What is partner expected to have for his second double in the following sequence? (Everything is normal, no special conventions.)

This is how I bid a 19+ NT hand with no stop in hearts. The definition of "NT hand" has to be stretched a bit to include 5143's (and maybe 5044's?), I guess.
