SuitPlay setup question

If you have a suit like the following:


and you need to play for 5 winners or 4 winners with E having Jxxxx or longer (for a potential squeeze or duck, etc) is it fair to input into SuitPlay that West has 4 vacant places and that East has 7 vacant spaces and then add up the appropriate percentages yourself? (You add them yourself if, as in this problem, you can't afford to lose a trick which the "take 4 tricks percentage" takes into account. There's no way to program that into SuitPlay, is there?)

Edit: Is all I've done eliminate the lies that will fail irregardless?
I once yelled at my partner for discarding the 'wrong' card when he was subjected to a squeeze that I allowed by giving the wrong count with too high a card. Now he's allowed to pitch aces when the opponents have the king in the dummy. At trick 2. When he could have followed suit. And blame me.
