Assume opener jump bid 3x show 18hcp with a 4 card plus decent suit after the response to the opening bid 1nt,now a double jump to four of level in a new suit at below.Do you think what are these bids?

Opener rebid:4/4/4.

4 and 4 are autosplinters for sure, (show shortness, long spades and slam interest).

4 can be either natural or autosplinter depending on your aggreements.

see no reason for 4h to not be auto splinter since it is so easy to bid 3h and rebid 4h. There is really
no reason 4h should be natural here.

4 is natural, 4 is autosplinter.

I played for a while a complicaed method where 4 showed 5-6 and 4 was 6-5, but barring specific agreements 4 should be autosplinter
