In the (very common) sequence between two GIBs:
1NT-2♦
2♥-5NT
6♥

5NT was alerted as a quant raise with five hearts, 16-20 HCP.
However, 6♥ was alerted as a response to a GSF - "declined, no 2/3 top honors".
