• 2NT should be 18-19, not 20. 20 would have opened 2NT.
  
• If 2N was invitational, then 3C is a denial and should therefore be the bottom half of the 2C range (6-7, not 6-9). And, why is North making this bid instead of passing with only 4C potentially opposite 3C?
  
• What's with the 4S bid after both East and West had previously passed? Certainly isn't 5+S and 12 total points, as described. Is East using 12+ to simulate possible West hands, rather than some more limited range after his passes?
