Remove table Captain

It would be nice if it were possible to remove the table captain from the table.
Motivation: Now when the captain looses connection, or otherwise does not respond anymore, the only possibility is to leave the table. Pitty if the other table members would like to procede together.
Restrictions: Ofcourse it must be rstricted to remove the table captain. Possibilities are:
- only when the captain had no activitity foor eg 2 minutes
- only when all other table members confirm removal of the captain
