早上旁观了一个星星和他的队友与教练打的一副牌 摊牌后南家（教练）称赞nice bid 请问这个4D是什么含义呢？

有可能是問短門控制，是否缺門單張之類。

開叫人已報清所有控制叫回4C，應叫人要是有D控已可自已再扣叫。
