Let me play instead of the Robot on IPAD

Playing BBO on Ipad is fun! But if I play anonymous I don't like my Robot partner to mishandle the games we bid.

This is the same as the web and Windows versions. We currently only do human-declares in robot duplicate tournaments, not regular bridge tables.

I don't think we plan on adding unique features to the mobile version unless they're necessary for the smaller format. Human vs robot declaring isn't specific to either format.
