This was an actual hand, although the bidding stopped in 4. NS were behind in a match and needed a swing, and might have bid to 6, so let's pretend they did.

The opening lead is the J and you win your Q.

At the table i would just play LHO to hold Q7 or Q9 doubleton clubs. RHO with AK spades...Cash all trumps but one last, 5 cards dummy holding KT8 QJ, RHO will either come down to A9x and AK which then we simply play a club to T. He should discard a spade and hold A9xx and A then we play a to T, if he takes this we claim, if he ducks we ruff spade and play club to K, dropping Q, RHO will be endplayed.

I know you are probably expecting a better answer, which i can't see atm, i will check it later again when come from work, to see where i screwed up :D
