At the table i would just play LHO to hold Q7 or Q9 doubleton clubs. RHO with AK spades...Cash all trumps but one last, 5 cards dummy holding KT8

♠, RHO will either come down to A9x

♠ which then we simply play a club to T. He should discard a spade and hold A9xx

♠ then we play a
♣ to T, if he takes this we claim, if he ducks we ruff spade and play club to K, dropping Q, RHO will be endplayed.
I know you are probably expecting a better answer, which i can't see atm, i will check it later again when come from work, to see where i screwed up
