North, obviously.
Funny thing is that 6♠ might even make. Suppose diamond diamond, ruffed on Dummy. Now heart to Queen and spade Ace-King. If LHO has Qx in spades, Declarer leaves RHO's spade outstanding and starts running hearts. If the heart Jack drops, RHO eventually ruffs a heart, over-ruffed by Declarer. Declarer then ruffs the last diamond back to Dummy to enjoy the remaining hearts, taking five heart tricks, the Ace and King of spades, two ruffs in Dummy, two ruffs in hand, and the club Ace, not even needed the club hook. Maybe Declarer needs tgo cash the club Ace early and go all in for that to work.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."
