We were playing precision. Playing MP. Opponents Were Asleep...
1 : 11~15 no any 5 card Major
2 : 12+ 11+ 4+
3 : 14~15 4+fit, 4+
3 : Double Fit, although diamonds may be 4-3 (In case Opener is 4-1-4-4, 3-2-4-4 open 1NT 4-0-4-5 ...)
3 : Cue Bid / Stopper Bid
3NT : Stopper in Hearts.

My questions are:
Is the 3 correct ?

What could north do beyond 3NT ?
If north wants to take actions beyond 3NT(like cue bidding...), should he had bid 3 instead of 3?

I would have tried 3H with the North hand rather than 3C, assuming that it would be a splinter in your partnership. But after 3C, I think I would have tried 3H as South, which must surely be a probe for notrump. North might continue with 3S, and then might pull South's 3NT bid to 4C, and they might reach the excellent slam.
Revised Bridge Personality: 44 43 33 44

Yes obviously you want a more descriptive club raise, but without one available I do not think it's with the odds for north to pass 3NT. A void is a pretty big deal considering he would have bid the same way with the same honors but 2254.

3, 4 are now cue bids.
5NT : GSF
7 : Two of Top Three Honors

Any comment to those bidding so far ?

Thanks for reply

Sorry but in our system, 1 2 3 is natural. (Showing Heart Stopper(s), 5+, could have stopper)

I am wondering what sort of hands can justify the 3 bid from the bidding 1 2 3(GF) 3 ? Should it be a better support like AQx ? Or should it be a hand without any major stoppers ?

Also, I am wondering in what situations the 4 bid is to retreat and in what situations the 4 bid is to invite slam, as sometimes our players mess with that.

Thanks
