Auto redeal Before bidding begins, puter redeals hands?

What are the reasons for a computer redeal automatically before the first bid is made? This has happened a few times. It was not an agreed-upon redeal by the current players.

Computer automatically redeals when a kibitzer joins the table he was watching.
