what the line to play this slam?

NS bid to 6♣ and EW bid nothing,South play 6♣,and West lead♠Q,
North ♠A,and ♠10 and ♠2.
Now,how to play this slam?

I think I will finesse DQ, ruff Dx, and playing out all trumps.

It is better to duck SK in the 1st round, but I am not sure now as RHO playes the Ten, he could have a singleton.

ducking the spade seems so simple, doesn't it? seems to gain a tempo, rectify the count for possible simple or double squeeze... the only fly in the ointment is 5/1 spade split

oh well, i think i'd do that anyway...
