Just bought a new "desktop" running windows 10. BBO freezes when first deal is made. Seems OK on my Laptop which used to be win 7 but upgraded to win 10 all is fine. Freezes started about 7 days ago after large update to win 10 operating system. My partner, (also in UK) has the same problem with freezing. Is this a Microsoft problem, a UK problem or a BBO problem?

Try using a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox.
We don't know why different users have problems with some browsers, but switching browsers often resolves it.

What solved this really annoying problem for me was clicking on the circled i in the address bar to the left of the www.bridgebase and making sure I set everything to allow. This works on Windows 10 systems Chrome browser.
