1 for now.
Then over the expected 1NT, 2 or 2, bidding 2 will strongly suggest this shape (with 5-5 you would have first bid 1, and you will not be often bidding 2 now with 4-5)
Tired of red/black ♠♥♦♣.
For 4 suits, why not 4 colors ?

yes,thank you!
I think responding reverse need less than opening bid.
then
1 --1
1NT/2/2d --2
can be more descriptive easily than 1 then 2,3.

Yes and the best thing that can happen is that after 1, pard bids 1.

You are in better shape to try for a light shapely slam than if you had bid 1 and got a simple raise. Meanwhile a simple raise of hearts could also put you in the slam try zone.

Agree 1 then spades. Think some play a responding reverse does show an opening bid though (which is fine here).

1.
Agree, responder's reverse should be game forcing, and as mentioned, this hand is strong enough.

1 clearcut.

You are well placed for any rebid:

If pard rebids 1S, game is almost definite.
If pard rebids 1NT, just bid a natural and forcing 2
If pard rebids 2C, bid carefully. There maybe a misfit.
If pard rebids 2D, also bid carefully.
If pard does anything else....think about slam and how to bid your hand out.

1-1
2-2 is 4th suit forcing and not responders reverse, you will be able to show spades only when you bid 3 over the expected partners 2NT/3 or 3.

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."
