1 is 16+ except 19-20 bal; 1 is 0-7.

Here is the backbone of the structure:

1 = any 5+ or 44; or 5m40-2 that doesn't want to bid NT
............ 1 = 4+ forcing
............ ............ 1N = artificial forcing; 3 or very strong hand
............ ............ 2 = 5332 or 4+ unbal NF
............ ............ 2 = 4+ unbal NF
............ ............ 2 = 6 0-2 NF
............ ............ 2 = 4 not much action
............ 1N = semiforcing 0-3; 3 possible with very weak hand only.
............ 2 = 6/7HCP, 0-3, 0-2 .
............ 2 = good 3+ raise 5+/7 HCP
............ 2 weak raise, but not any trash with just 3

1 = 5 F1
............1N like a forcing notrump
............ 2 5/7HCP hand with 5+
............ 2 5+ like 5/7HCP
............ 2 good raise
............ 2 weak raise, but not any trash with just 3

1N = bal 16-18 can be 5m4x or 6m etc, if appropriate hand. Can't have 44

2 = 43 or 43 5-1 or 6-0 in minors, forcing.
............ 2 asking, at lest on one 4cM.
............ ............ 2 = 43 less than GF
............ ............ 2 = 43 less than GF
............ 2 = weak hand, less than invite 5+
............ 2 = weak hand, less than invite 5+
............ 2N = weak hand, forcing, aims to play in partners 5m+ or some strong hands with sgl in M and minor fits.
............ 3 = invitational assuming opener has , passable.

2 = 5m+40-2 forcing. Too good/shapely for 1NT
............ 2 = NF somewhat decent hand 6+
............ 2 = NF less than invite
............ 2N = asks which minor
............ 3 = 6+ (or possibly 52 !?) around 5 points, passable.

2 = 5+ unbal no 4M, too strong or shapely for 1NT, forcing.
2 = 5+ unbal no 4M, too strong or shapely for 1NT, forcing.
2NT = 21/23 no 4 unless 4333
3 = 5+ 5+ suit oriented, NF.
3 = 6+ 4 very good hand, NF.
3 = 5+ 5+ GF.
3 = 64 GF.
3N = nat

How good/bad, playable/unplayable do you think this is?

Seems fine. Nothing seems obviously problematic.

I don't see what you bid with 21-23 bal and 4432 with 4 and fewer than 4.
