Just a few questions on bot logic:
A. Why does the robot come in a 3 level with this hand? Its insane if opposite every 1 level t/o x he bids 4 card 6HCP junk in freebid at 3 level.
B. 4 showed strong hand with clubs - this should mean that the doubler does not necessarily has 3 card or 4 card for that matter!!! All he promises is very strong hand with his suit being 5+, It can be any distribution once the doubler showed a big hand.
C. Why doesnt GIB support with support ??? he has 3 clubs, south definitely promised more than 4 of them.....(this comes up in lots of cases - GIB refuses to support your suit, insisting on some low quality suit)
D. How can 5 be a cuebid on this auction? if doubler insists on his suit - thats what they want to play. There at least 3 other bids after 4 that can be used to drive to slam.

To summarize this auction - AAAAAAAAA

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

The first GIB 3d bid matches the description of 4+ diamonds, 6-10 total points. The floor for the free 3d bid should be rather higher than 1 level free bids. Maybe 8 total points? Another problem is that GIB doesn't do any reevaluation based on what suits the opps bid so I think it counting QH as full value, and it probably doesn't properly discount QJ pts vs. AK points. It's a very rudimentary eval engine with just 4321 pts + 321 shortness points, I think some work can be put in to tweaking this.

As for the rest of the auction, it's a very common problem for GIB to screw up badly in "GOSH" (good one suited hand) auctions, with bids being poorly defined, holes all over the place, and you hit one. 4c should probably have some upper limit, 5c after 4d should be natural, gib over 4c should just bid 5c. I think one problem is that the devs have found it difficult to "cancel" the assumed promises of the initial takeout double so that support for the other suits is still assumed. Hopefully they can spend some more time on these sequences.
