GIB leads J from QJx vs. 1nt

Shouldn't it be forced to lead Q? Don't think Rusinow is quite std enough to make it the default.

This is a long-running subject... GIB does not lead in accordance with his convention card (never mind whether anything is "standard" or not). Such behavior would be unacceptable at club or tournament games. It should be a high priority to at least make GIB's leads consistent with his own convention card.

the weird lead from sequence is caused by a bug. It's fixed in next update coming shortly.

I've seen a lot of strange leads of the T from QJT lately too. Never happened before the fix.

"before the fix"? You mean the last GIB update on March 9?

yes, V22 should lead appropriate from this hand

xxx.QJTx.xxx.Qxx -> 1NT - 3NT , lead is ♥Q

You shouldn't encounter weird leads from sequence after some AM time EST at 18 April.
