benslessard set the scale in the bbo league scoring post (pinned in this forum). For the win by 13, the score is 13-7 in favor of team 5. Benslessard set the imp scale as....


0-1 = 10 - 10
2-4 = 11 - 9
5-8 = 12 - 8
9-13 = 13 - 7
14-18 = 14 - 6
19-24 = 15 - 5
25-31 = 16 - 4
32-38 = 17 - 3
39-46 = 18 - 2
