I know of no perfect solution to this problem.
You could rephrase it so as not to need the colon, eg "What's your best agreement in the sequences below?" or "What's your best agreement in the following sequences?"
Or you can break the sentence in half:
"In these sequences:
[sequences]
What's your best agremeent?"
