A stiff ♦ honour in dummy is enough and pard doesn't have 4 hearts. If they don't have a couple of diamonds maybe we can run most or all of their club suit.

lol aside from the obvious slam potential opposite even a minimum opener, does this hand not look rather more suitable for suit play?

They can't do anything interesting at matchpoints and I don't expect a spade lead unless it's against 5 or 6♣.

3NT. Lets be practical. Even opposite a singleton diamond this has chances.
