You also need to agree which version of Lebensohl you are playing. In the US it is normal to play "slow shows"; in the UK it is traditional to play "NT, no stopper". I may be wrong but I thought the simple version I posted was "normal" Rubensohl and the alternatives that have been presented are small changes that have been created subsequently to solve certain issues. I have never read the original articles though so perhaps someone who has could confirm what the "official" designation of Rubensohl really is.
