4th seat r/r IMPs [so your partner is making the overcall in hearts, not you]

x / Kxxxx / x / Q109xxx

Q1: who would you rather be?

(1C) 1H (1S) 2H
(4H) 5H (P!) P
(X) P (5S!) P
(6S) AP

(p = forcing, 5S is slam invite)

or

(1C) 1H (1S) 4H
(X) AP

Q2: Your call in 4th?

Q3: Your lead against 6S?

I'd rather be in 4HX (better, I'd rather be dummy in 4HX), assuming decent opps.

I'd bid 4H.

K of hearts. I'd think about the diamond first...

I would bid 4 and won't think too much whether this or 6 Spade will be better for us.

I will lead a pedestrian heart. My partner never holds the aces to my singeltons...
Kind Regards

2H is just terrible. I'd like some way of mentioning the clubs to help partner judge how high to bid when the [infinitely more likely] 4S bid comes in from LHO. However, I'm a bit concerned that a fit jump here may overstate the clubs somewhat, especially since LHO bid the suit.

For me 4 is totally obvious (unless your partner overcalls on a 4card suit 50% of the time).

About the lead......I would try the 9 of to deceive declarer, since I am out of ideas. A the table I might lead my stiff anyway.
