There is a website titled Poor Bridge http://www.poorbridge.com/ This auction came up today for another strong candidate for the Poor Bridge website.

7 North’s overcalled the 2♠ bid ending in 3♠X or 4♠X. Needless to say they all got hammered. There was only 1 disciplined North who allowed the 2♠ bid to stand which went down 3 for a top score for N/S. The rest of the tables played in a ♥ contract by East.

An unnamed person playing with a pickup partner on BBO tried for slam with 4-card fit and a singleton after (1)-2 made by some absurd beginner from Netherlands/Iceland/Romania. Turns out the 2 bid was made on a void in spades! Also quite poor I would say.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

That's pretty poor. How is south ever going to know that 3 spades is natural, and why does north want to play against a known 5 or 6-0 spade break? The best part is that 7 Norths did it! Seven! I should play in your club game...

hmm, so you are saying that all 8 wests opened 2? That is interesting by itself. And in this same environment, 7 norths then bid spades directly? I am not sure what to think.
