email verification for need of suppot bounces

A letter to support@bridgebase.com caused a reply asking for confirmation by a reply to the reply.

Surprise: the reply to the reply could not be delivered.

Original subject identification was given as BBOT#13216344730.981198639216931#TOBB

Confused? So am I.
