I don't fancy being able to set up and cash spades, but partner has some high cards, so perhaps he has a suit to set up. I can offer more help in hearts than in clubs and diamonds, and if LHO had 4 hearts he may have Staymanned.
It's a shot.

Boring spade as well. We don't have any side entry, but there are still some layouts that enable us to run the suit.

It depends on my partnership. Usually I would lead the spade ten. However, with some partners, the spade nine.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

♥2 for me. This can win a couple of ways, including on the next board(s) after declarer plays for me to have 4 hearts and then tilts for the rest of the round after he sees he was cold. This is better in a long KO I guess.
I give serious consideration to leading the ♠10 though, especially at MP, since I think more people will lead it. But I think the heart is more likely to work out. I should really learn to run sims though to see whether this is true. My suggested meta-win on this hand, though, is not quantifiable thru sims.
