Explanation of 2 includes "10- HCP; 9+ total points". Edit: Retract problem with this.

3 explanation says 7- HCP. Misbid or misexplanation?

2NT requires features. So 3( or back in the major if you have opened 2) is the bid which GIB could bid when doesn't have features in the side suits.

Probably the explanation could be adjusted to the basic promised. Otherwise is not misbid.

This is a 4H bid. This hand is way more stronger than xx KQJxxx xxx xx.
