I'm getting this message for "list all tournaments" and all subsets. Some sort of outage?

I have always imagined it's the Web version's way (albeit not entirely by design) of telling you your connection is not quite right, akin to the red dot in the Windows version, but I don't know. I see the same message with some frequency, too, and have always wondered about its significance.

In this case it was a temporary problem with one of the database servers.
