how to insert an image in a topic

I want to know how to insert an image or a pc screen in a topic.

You have to upload the image to a web site. Then click on the Insert Image icon in the toolbar (it's a little computer monitor, between the chain link and the envelope) and fill in the URL of the image. Many web sites for hosting images also will let you copy the bbcode link for using in forums -- you can simply copy and paste that in your post.

A site you can use is imageshack.com.
