Express - Free automated fun claim timeout

The problem is that after claiming the clock still runs and if opponents do not respond to the claim quickly enough (might as well be intentionally), the claiming player can and will be kicked out of the tourney. I have seen it couple of times happening to my partners and since then have learned to avoid it. That is, when opps do not respond after 5 seconds or so, I have to cancel the claim and start playing again.

It happened to me a few weeks ago. And the recent drop to 30 seconds per play has made it worse.
