Hi, welcome to the forums. I know abuse doesn't reply, but I would expect support to reply. Perhaps you can ask the support question here on the forums, you might get a quicker response.

Did you get a validation email with a subject like "BBO: Please validate {BBOT#12904491470.356715123242797#TOBB}"? If yes, did you answer it? If yes, did you get an AutoReply mail from rt.bridgebase.com?

Support usually replies, and so does Abuse - except they don't send details about how the case was handled.
When writing to Support or Abuse there is an anti-spam filter. After sending an email, you have to reply to the automated message.

You can get answers to many support questions right here in the forum. Of course, if you have a problem with your money accounts, we can't help. But questions that you need answered, in general SOMEONE here will know the answer. So if you just have a "how can I" type question, or a simple problem with display or something like that, you can often get an answer here.
