How on earth did GIB count "9-13 total points" here? Anyway, I guess it feels no shame, else it might have hit the breaks by passing 2NT...

4HCP+3(singleton)+1(doubleton)+1(length). It did try to tell you it total points I am bidding on by bidding 3D.

I guess the GIB system notes need to be updated then. According to them the total points are 4HCP + 2 (singleton) + 1 (doubleton) = 7.
