Our mobile app is written using the Adobe AIR platform. Blackberry has announced that they're removing AIR, and they won't run on 10.3.1 or later.

Thank you for your response, so cannot you opt any of the options as suggested by Blackberry? I think it is your job to make it available on every device.. isn't it so?

I think it is their job to do whatever the hell they damn well please. It is a commercial enterprise unfettered by social obligations such as the provision of water supply or electricity.
It is a purely commercial decision. How much more business would they drum up by making it available? How much would they lose by failing to do so? What resources would need to be expended in order to achieve it?
There is no doubt in my mind that they would provide it in a flash (forgive the pun) if it were trivial.
To my mind, a better concentration of resources would be in providing a Windows 8 mobile solution.
Or perhaps rewriting all the existing Flash code in HTML5

In the US, very few people use Blackberry's anymore. If someone has one, it probably is their employers. IMHO, it would be a foolish waste of time to develop an app.
